All client development projects are governed by customized Statements of Work (SOW) or written proposals outlining scope, timeline milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules. Any feature additions or alterations outside the agreed initial scope will be evaluated under supplementary change-orders.
Upon receipt of full and final payment for the delivered project, ShamsCreative transfers 100% full intellectual property ownership, codebase files, design assets, and database architecture to the client. We reserve the right to display non-confidential project screenshots in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
Projects typically operate on structured milestone disbursements (e.g., initial kickoff deposit, design approval milestone, and final deployment milestone). Work on subsequent milestones proceeds upon confirmation of preceding milestone sign-offs.
We provide 30 days of complimentary technical warranty and hypercare following production deployment to resolve any bugs or defects covered under the original scope. Ongoing maintenance or server upgrades outside this period are available under dedicated retainer agreements.
Our inquiry forms and communication channels are strictly reserved for genuine client project consultations and educational inquiries. The transmission of automated spam, unauthorized commercial pitches, malicious scripts, or harassment will result in immediate blacklisting and IP blocking.
